To get to the reports, navigate on the menu to Reports -> Engagement Reports
In the Engagement Reports section, these are reports about managing your activities. Here is an overview of each of those reports:
- Lead Pipeline Metrics shows the number of new contacts that are added into your database
- Contact Engagement Metrics shows the number of interactions (measured by the updates you make to Sparky). This shows how active you are with engaging your clients.
- Transaction Report shows how completed deals you have by month, quarter, year to date or year. You can track your gross commission and agent commission as well.
In the Transaction Report, you view the closed deals by # of Transactions, Gross Commission Amount, and Agent Commissions. This way, you can your progress by monthly, quarterly or yearly views.
