Ability to specify Before and After in Action Plans
In the setup of the Action Plan, you can specify whether the task (appointment, email or SMS) will be triggered before or after the event date. This means the Action Plan can be triggered to perform a task after an event date like the Mutual Acceptance Date (Binding Date). Alternatively, you can trigger the Action Plan to perform a task before the event date like the Listing Start Date. Now, you have the ability to create an Action Plan that creates tasks/activities before or after an event date like Listing Date or Closing Date.
- Please note that actions would ONLY BE triggered if the expected trigger date is current or in the future. If the expected date is after the trigger date, the action is marked as failed.
