You can always change the labels of your contacts fields for a more personalized page. The purpose is for you to easily locate your own categories for every person on your data base. It can also help you set Action Plans on multiple contacts in one go.  All you have to do is go to your contacts list and follow these steps:

  1. On your contact's page, go to your chosen label. (Ex. Referral Source) Click the Pencil icon that appears next to it. This will allow you to type in your desired label.


 

 

       2. Click the Save icon to save the changes.

 

 

There you have it! You now have customized labels. It will now be easier for you to keep track of your contacts and connect with them accordingly.
