Dynamic Tags
We offer tags or placeholders that you can use for your email/SMS communications. You don't have to worry about making sure that you've addressed your contact properly. Smart Tags button is available on each recipient's designated box as well as on the editor on the body of the email.
Another way to use the Smart Tags is by using the "@" sign and the available tags should appear on a dropdown.
