Time zone setting is often overlooked but is an important setting. Based on your time zone, it is used to let Sparky know when to schedule appointments or even emails/SMS. If it is set at the wrong time zone, your appointments may be scheduled at the wrong time and messages may not be sent. Take a moment to quick ensure that the Time Zone is set to the right timezone. Here are the steps to update your settings:

Simply navigate to My Profile under your name (upper left corner). From there, you can access the other information but this is where you can update your timezone settings. Enter your chosen time-zone or information on the chosen field. Confirm these changes by clicking “Save Changes” tab and you’re good to go.
