We can setup how new and qualified leads are assigned to the owner(s).
Using the Dynamic Lead Assignment means assigning leads to Annette first so leads can be qualified before they go to agents for follow up.
Once leads are qualified, they'll be assigned to the next agent available if the Round Robin system is in use or whoever first responded when the handover happened on the Broadcast system.
