Have you ever used an Action Plan but forgot to set it to stop when a lead responds? You no longer have to be concerned about it. You can activate the auto-pause feature by editing your Action Plan.
Next, you simply select the option for Pause on response. Please note that this only works for SMS messages at this time. Alternatively, you can still command Sparky to pause the Action Plan for that lead (Using Sparky is a Premium Add-on).
