Are you doing Facebook marketing? You can directly integrate those leads into Fieldnotes so that you can automatically trigger the Action Plan to follow-up with your leads.
Setup
Navigate to Settings and to the Facebook tab and follow the simple steps here:
- Connect your Facebook account
- Once you connected, you choose which Facebook page you want to connect with
While you may have existing lead forms, you will need to create a new form using Fieldnotes. This is to ensure that the leads will flow directly back to Fieldnotes.
