When you use a Smart Phone Number through the Fieldnotes Ai Platform, you are able to text from that number and utilize it freely in Action Plans, Group Texting, and now with Call Forwarding, your clients can call your Smart Number and have it routed directly to your cell phone or whatever number you want.
You can enable this feature in your settings, under the Smart Number selection/assignment section. (Shown below)
