You are able to select a Smart Number in the Settings page.
Obtaining a Smart Number will allow you to send text messages from our platform whenever you choose, and in pre-determined action plan activities.
You also have the ability to send Group Texts! By separating the list of phone numbers by commas (example below), you can text multiple people.
We are also using this feature for handoffs with Annette, so if the Agent is unable to answer a live handoff call, Annette can create a Group Text where you and the client can chat.
