There is a designated place where you add folders and/or group email/SMS templates under specific folders. Templates are helpful when it comes to sending emails/SMS quickly.
Go to your Settings, scroll to the bottom and you'll see this part.
Click on Templates and you'll be directed to this page.
Here, you can add different folders and add SMS/email templates.
Click the "+" button to add a Folder like what was shown below.
Click on the "+ Template" to either create an email or SMS.
Now that we have gone through how to set up the template, you can start using it in different ways.
1. Use as is for group or individual emails or SMS.
2. Use it for action plans.
