There are four ways to use the Auto-Triggering function. One way may be better than the other depending on how you utilize your Action Plan for your client reach out.
Now we have the final option for setting up an automatic trigger for our Action Plans. In Advance options, we can set more complex conditions, conditions that might not have fit with the first 3 triggering types we've discussed. You have the freedom to create conditions you can think of on this section.
Click the last button "Advanced Options". You will be presented with available conditions you can choose from. Once done creating the conditions, you can "Save & Exit". Finally, click on the "Schedule" button to activate your chosen conditions for Action Plan.
