What is Fieldnotes Ai?

Fieldnotes Ai is a digital sales assistant paired with intelligent CRM software that helps salespeople to focus on what they do best – selling. Leave the administrative burden to our AI bot. Fieldnotes Ai was developed for the purpose of helping field sales reps to make it easy to quickly capture their client meeting information through whatever means – pictures of the notes, texting, or speech. Fieldnotes Ai also helps you see where everyone is in your contact database, and how far they are from buying a house and help facilitate actions that will help you make more sales and commissions.


Who is Sparky (Premium add-on)?

Sparky is our AI (artificial intelligence) bot that takes care of many of your daily tasks for administrative data entry of your CRM and following up on your to-do activities. It’s job is to learn about how you work and do it for you. You will receive emails from Sparky to let you know that he has updated your CRM or send you to-do’s for the day. How accurate is the system?

One of our greatest strengths is the ultimate accuracy of transcribing the information you send us. Our AI platform is constantly learning and analyzing the information sent in. Every input is double checked by a member of our quality assurance team to ensure there are no mistakes. Also, if AI is unable to process any part of the information you send us, it gets flagged for review by our QA team.

 

Can you integrate to our CRM?

Upon request, Fieldnotes Ai will help you integrate the AI service to update your CRM system. We integrate with many CRM systems including Zapier, Facebook, and other systems. We can hook in on the back-end using APIs, and can easily integrate with other systems as well. Please speak to one of our Customer Success team members to learn more about integration to your system.

 

What if I don't have a CRM?

This is not a problem. We have a simple contact management system that captures all your contacts and the follow-up action items in a simple way. It can be easily viewed on your laptop or through your mobile device. What’s even better, our CRM can email you every morning your follow-up items for that day and give you insights on the health of your business!

 

How easy is it to use Fieldnotes?
