If you have a contact that has requested you to stop emailing or calling them, you are required to comply with their request. This is legally required by the CAN-SPAM Act. To help make you manage those contacts so that you do not accidentally contact them, Fieldnotes can mark a contact off and the system will prevent you from either emailing or texting them or even both.
Once it has been checked off, you will see this indicator highlighting that it is no longer available to be emailed either through Action Plans, Group Emails, or individual emails as well.
